Spider Roll

I love the spider roll from Grey Whale. The spider roll is in very many sushi restaurants in Lincoln but I think that the one from Grey Whale is the best. The spider roll has crab, lettuce, cucumber, and avocado with eel sauce on top. The eel sauce, even though it sounds terrible, actual adds an amazing flavor to it which makes it so good.

California roll

The California roll is one of the most common rolls. This roll is in almost every sushi restaurant but I love the roll from Asian Fusion in Lincoln. It is very traditional in the United States. The roll has crab, avocado, and cucumber which provide a beautiful mix of flavors and textures. This is the roll that a lot of the people try first because it is very basic. I even started on this roll when I tried a roll for the first time. It doesn’t have a lot of unique textures or flavors compared to a lot of other rolls so people are more likely to try it.

Asparagus and Carrot Roll

The carrot and asparagus roll is my personal favorite roll from Kinja. The vegetables in the roll are exactly what the name of it says: carrot and asparagus. It is an amazing roll for people who are vegan or vegetarian. It is also a great roll for people who are not a fan of fish. I personally love to put sweet chili sauce on it to add extra flavor. The sweet chili sauce adds a little sweet and spicy aspect to it.

Hawaiian Roll

The Hawaiian roll is my personal favorite roll in Lincoln, Nebraksa. It is from Blue Sushi in downtown Lincoln. It has amazing textures and flavors that just make it phenomenal. The sweetness that comes from the mango sauce perfectly blends with the seaweed and fish saltiness. I have a sweet tooth though so I can’t judge the sweetness the best. The textures also go together very well. If you have problems with the fish texture this might not be the one for you because of the salmon and crab. If you are okay with the texture of fish than this is great for you.
