Hiro 88 has two locations in Lincoln. One location is on the south side in-between Pine Lake Road and South 56th Street. The second location is on the North side of Lincoln in the Haymarket area. The shiitake roll is an amazing vegetarian roll. It is from an amazing restaurant called Hiro 88. I love mushrooms so I completely love this roll. It is a very simple roll and I think that is why I like it so much. If you do not like mushrooms, you will not be a fan of this roll. I think that this is the type of roll where you either love it or hate it.
The sweet chili crab roll from Hiro 88 is a good roll. I think that all of the flavors are good but I am not a fan of cream cheese so I don’t really like the roll. I like the flavor that the crab, jalapeƱo, and sweet chili sauce bring to the roll. Nobody in my family likes this roll but I think that if you look cream cheese in a roll and spicy things. You will love this roll.
