As a vegetarian, I love the cucumber roll from Ginger sushi. It is very simple which I personally like in sushi. I love how the cucumber and rice mix together so well. If you dip it into soy sauce, it becomes amazing. It is so simple yet the flavors compliment easy other beautifully.
